THE CHALLENGE:
Suffering with severe asthma attacks anytime she was stressed,
Her body would freak out and couldn’t calm down until she used her inhaler to help bring her back to normality.
She tried to let off steam by doing kickboxing and fitness classes and loved to push herself hard.
But she was stuck in a loop because her form of stress-relief would also trigger her asthma.
THE GOAL:

She stopped needing to use her inhaler. Instead she followed a very specific breathing sequence to bring her breath and body into a relaxed, calm state.
Anytime she did have an attack it was getting quicker and quicker to return back to normal.
THE RESULT:
Now, she rarely needs her inhaler. She knows she has full control over what happens to her by controlling her breath.
Instead of becoming embroiled in a stressful situation and making herself even more stressed...
She’s able to step back, breathe through it and stay calm and centered.
An added bonus is the increase in energy and stamina in her kickboxing sessions.
She sweats less, doing more and pushes harder for longer and still feels energised. Whereas before she felt drained and sore after every session.
Friends and family were shocked at how she was able to achieve all this.
And have such a quick turnaround from mastering her breath.
