With so many stress-relief practices out there, it can be challenging to choose the one that shows you how to reduce stress in one easy practice.

 

I’m talking about one simple practice that leaves you feeling calm yet energised at the same time.

 

If you’re like me, you’ve been experiencing heavy amounts of stress and anxiety, potentially leading to overwhelm and burnout.

 

I remember feeling like that. I was constantly looking for a solution to help bring a sense of calm and peace into my life.

 

And after spending years, studying and exploring different methods I finally found one that encompasses every component of stress-relief.

 

No doubt you’ve been on the receiving end of ‘how to blogs and videos’ that list 101 things to do to relieve stress, like….

  • Breathe
  • Meditate
  • Journal
  • Move
  • Eat well
  • Surround yourself with the ‘right’ people
  • Reduce screen time
  • Take supplements
  • Hydrate
  • Spend time in nature
  • …The list goes on.

As powerful as all these things are, it's common to find yourself trying to do 3 or 4 different practices just to get the results you're after.

 

This can be time-consuming and end up making you more stressed trying to fit in all these practices into your daily life.

 

As a high-performer, leading a busy life, I needed something that was going to give me time not take it away from me.

Plus, I needed to let go of the stress I felt from feeling like I was never ‘doing enough’.

 

Clients come to us and share the same sentiment in feeling anxious for not doing everything they think they 'should' be doing.

 

Which ends up leaving us feeling even more stressed about our stress.

  • Helps you to sleep soundly at night and influences your ability to make healthy decisions when it comes to food and drink.
  • Improves the quality of your thinking and brings emotions into balance.

All whilst leaving you full of energy and ready to take action on what matters to you the most.

And I’ll admit I was sceptical at first, but after personally practicing it for two years and then studying it for another year, there is no doubt in my mind that this is a game-changer.

So, What is the practice?

It’s Quantum Flow.

 

Quantum flow is a practice that allows you to level up in all areas of your life by letting go of stored stress in the body and creating space for what you really want.

 

It brings you back into energetic alignment of heart, mind, body and soul by alchemising:

  • Suppressed emotions
  • Old traumas and pains
  • Beliefs and thoughts
  • Patterns and ways of being
  • Tension in the body and nervous system.

  • Create meaningful relationships
  • Learn to love yourself
  • Let go of doubts

It encompasses movement, breath-work, meditation, visualisation, manifestation and self-inquiry, which rejuvenates your sense of peace and balance by dropping into your body, mind and heart for a soulful experience.

 

How does it Work?

 

Quantum flow follows 7 stages to help you release whatever is holding you back in life, whether that be, unhealthy stress (physical, emotional, mental) which can show up as physical pain or tension, emotional overwhelm, negative thoughts, lost and unsure of what to do in life and many more…

 

Stage 1 - Grounding

 

Grounding helps you to connect back with your body and disperse any stuck energy in your nervous system that could be causing you to experience some of the signs we mentioned (pain, tension, stuck emotions, negative thinking)

 

It helps to reduce the intensity of any stress and anxiety you may be experiencing by build back that connection with your mind/body and helps you to feel safe in your own body.

 

Stage 2 - Alchemy

 

So once you feel safe in your body you become aware of any blockages that are holding you back and this is where alchemy comes in, through using, movement, breath and sound you start releasing anything that is holding you back from showing up and your true authentic self.

 

You start to rewire your nervous system and release the stress and anxiety you have been experiencing for so long, The more you lean into alchemy, the deeper you go in releasing any unresolved negative emotions that have been stopping you for getting what you want in life.

 

Stage 3 – Incorement

 

Once release and let go you then you start going deep into your core, waking up your passion, your gifts, your energy, your drive, your inspiration, it’s the fire of life. Incorment is the capacity to go into your core, tapping into the core of youre being, into who you are, the nature of your being, your true self.

 

In your spine you might have these crystalline structures which are stuck emotions/energy from way back when, by squeezing and pumping that energy up the spine you being to breakdown those structures and open up the energy channel getting that energy flowing again.

 

This is where you go from stress to success – the energy of stress that has been accumulated in your system can be rewired, bought up to the brain and opens them to success by using that once heavy blocked energy now as energy for creation, energy for manifesting the life you desire.

 

Stage 4 – Radiance

once you connect to who you are then you’re ready to radiate, you enter the radiance, you emanate who you are, it’s happening through your body. This is where you bring light to every cell of your being. It’s opening space to receive.

 

Here is all about love, love for yourself, love for the people around you, when you are in radiance, stress, anxiety, pain, tension no longer exists, instead you feel filled with light, with love, with compassion for life and you start to feel, see or know that this is how life is supposed to be for you.

 

Stage 5 – Flow

In flow – you’re fully manifesting, fully in creation, it’s the optimal state of consciousness. Where you feel your best, you perform your best, you get lost in time and space. You have full freedom, anything is possible in flow. Tapping into the feminine energy of flow is where you create your intention, your I AM, who you are being, the life you are living all gets created in flow. Healing your body happens in flow, healing your mind happens in flow.

 

Stage 6 – Integration 

The sixth stage is about integration everything you are manifesting in flow state back into your personal reality, integrating that energy into every cell of your being and starting to accept that this is your natural state and being. To be in flow, to be co-creating the endless amount of possibilities available to you. 

 

Stage 7 – Divine Truth

In the final stage we connect with Divine truth, your I AM, which is about letting go of your identity, letting go of your situation. When you are in the being-ness and you surrender to that, you enter the space of infinite possibilities.

 

From here you ground back into your physical body and embodying that energy you have just created into every area of your life and living and being your true authentic self, free from stress, free from anxiety, free from physical pain, free from overwhelm.

 

Now I don’t know about you, but to me, that sounds like a powerful way to live, don’t you?
